The Sinfonia Varsovia Center project has received the Real Estate Impactor award, recognizing key projects and initiatives in the real estate market. The award has been given annually by the editors of “Rzeczpospolita” since 2017.
On June 20, 2024, at the award’s eight edition gala, projects were awarded in five categories: “facility bringing new value,” “icon,” “vision,” “initiative bringing new quality” and “impressive design.” This year, public and office buildings incorporating sustainable solutions and trends were recognized.
The design of Sinfonia Varsovia music center under construction was awarded in the category of “facility bringing new value.” On behalf of the investor – the authorities of the capital city of Warsaw and Sinfonia Varsovia, a municipal cultural institution – the statuettes were received by Sinfonia Varsovia’s director, Janusz Marynowski, and on behalf of the creators of the architectural design by Atelier Thomas Pucher from Graz, the award was accepted by a member of that studio, Computational BIM Specialist, architect Damian Szyjka.
In other categories, the awards went to the Polish History Museum building in the Warsaw Citadel designed by WXCA studio (icon), the nationwide dormitory platform being developed by Echo Investment and Griffin Capital Partners (vision), the design of the first wooden office building Poleczki Park in Warsaw by Ambient studio (initiative bringing new quality), Vice office building in Warsaw being built by Ghelamco and designed by PIG Architects on Towarowa Street (impressive design).
