Krzysztof Meisinger
According to critics and music lovers all over the world, Krzysztof Meisinger is one of the greatest, most charismatic classical guitarists. He has worked with such stars of classical music as Sumi Jo, Philharmonia Quartett Berlin and the orchestra of the Academy of St Martin in the Fields, performing all over the world – from Tokyo to Los Angeles and Buenos Aires, playing concerts in famous concert halls, including Wigmore Hall in London, Tokyo International Forum, the Berlin Philharmonie, Theatre du Chatelet in Paris and Teatr Wielki the National Opera in Warsaw. Krzysztof Meisinger’s debut appearance in the Berlin Philharmonie in 2014 ended with a long standing ovation. His recordings have received many awards and distinctions. Recorded in the famous Abbey Road Studio in London, the album “Melodia Sentimental” was chosen by German music critics as one of the world’s ten best classical music albums of 2013. His next two albums were recorded with the Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra. The album “Astor” and the first DVD – “Astor live at the Opera” have been very well received by both music lovers and by critics. “Vivaldissimo”, Meisinger’s latest album, recorded with the “Poland baROCK” ensemble founded by the guitarist was hailed by critics as sensational. Meisinger’s icons include some of the greatest guitarists of our time, including Aniello Desiderio and Christopher Parkening.
