We have prepared the declaration based on an audit of the Pracownia Dostępności Cyfrowej LepszyWeb.pl and self-assessment based on tools for automatic detection of certain digital accessibility errors (including WAVE – https://wave.webaim.org/ and the WCAG Color contrast checker plug-in).

Architectural accessibility
Sinfonia Varsovia headquarters address – ul. Grochowska 272, 03-849 Warsaw
People with mobility difficulties, including wheelchair users
The seat of Sinfonia Varsovia is located at ul. Grochowska 272 in Warsaw and is located in a park-like area, with two entrances: from ul. Kobielska and ul. Terespolska. Due to renovation, the entrance from ul. Grochowska is temporarily closed.
The area is monitored and protected by internal security services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The area is open from 07:00 to 21:00, temporary changes in opening hours may be caused by ongoing concerts or other events. Opening hours can be checked by calling the secretariat on: 22 582 70 72 or 22 582 70 82. Changes to the opening hours of the area are communicated each time by posting appropriate notices in the entrance area.
- From Kobielska Street, the entrance is paved and hardened – in front of the entrance, outside the premises of the institution, there is a high curb that makes entry difficult. Possibility of entry by car or bus. After prior arrangement with the Operations Department (address details below), it is possible to enter and park a coach.
- On the side of Terespolska Street there is a temporary gate intended for pedestrians, the entrance is paved, with a slight angle of inclination.
The following buildings are located on the Sinfonia Varsovia premises:
- CONCERT PAVILION – accessible: no horizontal architectural barriers, floor at ground level; possibility of designating spaces for wheelchair users during events. The pavilion is located on an elevated part of the area, accessible via a ramp from Grochowska Street (at the ticket desks) or a high curb (on Kobielska Street outside the Sinfonia Varsovia area);
- TOILET BUILDING (next to the pavilion) – accessible: no horizontal architectural barriers; toilet adapted for wheelchair users;
- TICKET OFFICE AND CAFE – partially accessible: located near the pavilion, in an open area without architectural barriers, but the counter at the ticket office and café is located at a height of approx. 1.15 metres;
- REHEARSAL ROOM – partially accessible: wheelchair ramp (to the main entrance on the left side of the building) and the possibility of designating a space for wheelchair users during events; no wheelchair-friendly toilets (the nearest accessible toilet is located in a separate building next to the pavilion, see point 2);
- OFFICE BUILDING – inaccessible: access to the building via stairs, no ramps, elevators, etc.
- PALACE – unavailable, no events take place in the building: it is under renovation and is not available to the public;
- OTHER BUILDINGS – unavailable: no events are taking place in the buildings: they are under renovation and are not accessible to the public;
Sinfonia Varsovia reserves seats in the audience designated for wheelchair users for events organized in the Rehearsal Room or Concert Pavilion. The number of seats may be limited due to the technical requirements of a given event.
For technical and safety reasons, Sinfonia Varsovia reserves the right to exclude wheelchair spaces for selected events.
There are no parking spaces on the premises, and no spaces have been designated for people with disabilities. Temporary parking spaces for people with disabilities can be designated for events.
People with visual impairments
There are no Braille or high-contrast markings, nor other amenities specifically for visually impaired or blind people.
All buildings allow entry with assistance dogs and guide dogs.
Accessibility of information and communication
Deaf and hard of hearing people
Sinfonia Varsovia does not have an induction loop or access to an online Polish Sign Language interpreter.
It is possible to contact an employee who knows the basics of Polish Sign Language. The office has a tablet that can be used for communication; if necessary, the device can be taken outside the building, contact details for this matter below.
