Stanisław Podemski began to play the violin at the age of seven. At the age of nine he continued his education under the tutelage of Mr Andrzej Woźnica, initially in the State Primary Music School in Oleśnica and then in the Karol Szymanowski General Secondary Music School in Wrocław. In 2008 he commenced studying with Professor Marcin Baranowski in the Prof. Jadwiga Kaliszewska General Secondary Music School in Poznań, moving on to the Academy of Music in Poznań, from which he graduated with honours in 2015.
Since a very early age Stanisław Podemski has been taking part and winning national and international competitions.
Stanisław Podemski also took part in music courses and workshops in Łańcut, Jelenia Góra, Szklarska Poręba, Busko Zdrój, Warsaw, Puławy, Poznań, Krzyżowa, Głuchołazy and in Goch (Germany), studying with Professor Walentyna Jakubowska, dr Georg Michel, Professor Marcin Baranowski, Professor Monika Urbaniak-Lisik, Professor Bartosz Bryła, Professor Tomasz Tomaszewski, Alona Bayeva, Evgeni Levin and Professor Zakhar Bron.
In 2011 he played in the European Union Youth Orchestra and in 2013/2014 he took part in the 2nd edition of the Sinfonia Varsovia Academy.
As soloist, chamber musician and orchestral musician, Podemski has performed in most countries in Europe. He is a three-time recipient of scholarships from the Marshal of the Dolnośląskie Voivodship and a two-time recipient of scholarships of the Minister of Science and Higher Education. He has also received scholarships from the President of the City of Poznań, the Dolnośląskie Music Society and the Centre for Artistic Education.
He has been the acting of 2nd violins principal in the Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra since 2015.
