24.06.2018, 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Please join the Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra in an open air game featuring music and technology. This family fun event will let us discover the worlds of sound and technology, allowing us to see that they have much in common. The participants will need to complete all elements of the musical code that will free a lost conductor. There are prizes and many other attractions waiting for the participants!
Seeking to establish closer ties with neighbouring institutions, the Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra and Siemens would like to invite the residents of the Praga-Południe district of Warsaw to play an extraordinary game in the open air. This Sunday, on 24 June, the home of Sinfonia Varsovia at 272 Grochowska Street will change into an interactive maze of challenges connected with music, technology and knowledge of the Kamionek district.
While undertaking the challenges, participants of the game will meet Sinfonia Varsovia’s musicians and hosts who will assist in the completion of the tasks. After visiting each of five stations, participants will collect a special musical code thanks to which they will be able to free the lost conductor. In the end, under the direction of the freed maestro, all participants will be able to release their pent-up energy and jointly improvise a piece of music made up of sounds collected during the game.
In the course of the event everyone can visit a musical wedding portrait at which they will be able to take a photograph. There will also be a café serving cake, coffee and soft drinks. At the end of the game there will be a prize draw for the participants.
The game begins at 11:30 a.m. and is scheduled to finish at 1:30 p.m.
Participation in the game is free.
The event is organised by: the Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra, Siemens sp. z o.o.
The honorary patronage of the event is Tomasz Kucharski, Mayor of the Praga-Południe district of the Capital City of Warsaw.
